The word Esprit, which has an affinity with “spirit”, “soul” and “mind”, has always been an inspiration for the restaurant’s producer, Ohashi-san. Originating in Tokyo and imbued with a personal touch that is reflected from within, TIRPSE takes the form of artistic French cuisine infused with Japanese spirit, and introduces a fresh perspective to fine dining in Hong Kong.
