Roots is a cosy, convivial 22-seat neighbourhood restaurant featuring French-Cantonese cuisine. The restaurant is creative and playful in re-inventing Chinese classical dishes through the lens of French cooking and the use of locally sourced ingredients from the Hong Kong Wet Markets.
