

Maison ES - Esther Sham
Born in Hong Kong to a Shanghainese family and raised in the United States, Esther Sham’s multi- faceted upbringing exposed her to myriad different cuisines from an early age, but it was an early career in modeling that truly ignited her love for cooking. In 2008, Sham opened her first private kitchen Ta Pantry. Since then, Sham has continued to oversee the evolution of Ta Pantry and launched her first dining destination, Maison ES, in April 2015, a French restaurant to reflect her own personal journey which has been operating ever since.
