Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s is an authentic European restaurant where classic meets timeless, offering traditional western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available. Gueridon service is the métier of the restaurant.
Decorated with ornate mirrors, chandeliers, guns and shield plaques, the restaurant has an array of traditional serving apparatus, including Christofle hors d’oeuvres and dessert trolleys, all from the 1960s, presenting a unique and classic European atmosphere.
