Nikolai Smirnoff is a 25-year-old entrepreneur from Portland, Oregon, who has been in Hong Kong for 10 years, and in that time developed a strong passion for music and beverages. Niko is behind the beloved seafront restaurant and bar Momentai in Sai Kung, his first outing as a restauranteur. Having spent the last few years operating a large-scale, beer-focused venue, Niko will be using his sophomore venue to focus on spirits, cocktails and music in a more focused, intimate venue for customers to enjoy.
