Casa Lisboa Gastronomia Portuguesa is proud to present the reinvention of traditional Portuguese dishes with meticulous cooking techniques and contemporary presentation, an up-and-coming trend in Portugal.

Customers will be able to enjoy a taste of Portugal at their doorstep. Casa Lisboa’s brand new menu is prepared in contemporary style with exquisite looks and fresh ingredients imported from Portugal, while the dishes still preserve the longstanding original Portuguese elements. Casa Lisboa brings Portuguese fare to a whole new level of sophistication that will turn over a new leaf in the Portuguese cuisine in Hong Kong.

Bull heart tomato and cucumber salad with fresh oregano and crispy shallots

Truffle duck pate, saffron sour cream, spices red onion pickle with sour dough toast

New Zealand green shell mussels with spicy Portuguese chorizo and roasted peppers

Iberic pork cheeks slowly cooked in Red Port wine, wild mushrooms, and foie gras pot “Empada”


MAIN (To choose)

Pan Fried pork tenderloin, apple pure, roasted baby apple and bell peppers, White port, raspberry Pork sauce

Roasted black cod with scampi, potato cream, roasted vegetables, and seafood sauce


DESSERT (To choose)

Muscatel drunken Carrot cake with cheese cream Chantilly, black berries and nuts
