A former dietitian, Jessica started her pastry journey more than 11 years ago when she realised she wanted to work creatively with food, and since then she has travelled and worked in various countries to develop her style and techniques in the magical art of sweets. Finally, it was her stay in Berlin that piqued her interest and, later, passion in pursuing plant-based pastries exclusively. After 3 years of hard work and research, she founded Bien Caramélisé, to share with you her vision for the evolution of baking and pastries.

Afternoon dessert tasting (3-course):
$190/pax (no service fee)

First: Cherry, local hibiscus, coconut

Second: Tahini, maple, golden puff

Finish: Mignardises (Chocolate bonbon, orange almond cake)

1x beverage of choice (farm-direct single origin coffee, organic teas OR special non-caffeinated drink)

Situated at the bustling flower market, Bien Caramélisé is a modern French patisserie focused on creating 100% plant-based pastries. Classics such as mille-feuilles, éclairs and tartes are reinvented to be lighter, cleaner and better for your health and the environment. The menu is driven by seasonal ingredients, with an aim to support local businesses and farms. During the weekends, the tea salon offers a place to sit down and enjoy a piece of freshly prepared pastry with beverages such as farm-direct coffee roasted by a local artisanal roastery, organic teas or a limited special drink for the caffeine-free guests.
